- Files you upload, such as decks, rate cards, resumes, and profile photos
- Payment information you provide at checkout, processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers
- Information submitted through forms, applications, inquiries, or newsletter sign-ups
- Communications you send to us

When you access our website and platform, we may automatically collect:

Service Providers We Use
We rely on a small set of trusted third parties to run Seat Theory. Each processes only the data needed for its function, under its own privacy terms:
- Stripe — payment processing and membership billing.
- Supabase — account authentication, database, and secure file storage for the member portal.
- Tally — certain intake and request forms.
- beehiiv — our newsletter, The Opportunity Report.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — website and product analytics.
- Netlify — website hosting and content delivery.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
